-“When I came to Tracey I was 210 pounds, 25% body fat, on several cholesterol medicines and could barley run a mile under 11 minutes. Tracey’s knowledge and guidance surrounding the foods I should eat, exercises that yield endurance and training that produces muscle mass has allowed me to change my life. After 7 months I am 180 pounds, 18% body fat and eliminated one of my medications. I would recommend Tracey to anyone who wants results! Thanks Tracey for showing me the way to a healthier life.”

-I am a stay at home mom of three young children and am in the best shape of my life at age 36. Working out with Tracey is always challenging but fun. Tracey does a great job of motivating you and keeping you on track with your personal fitness and nutritional goals. I sleep better, my clothes fit better and my overall energy level has increased and it is because of Tracey Angiuoli.

-As a client of over 14 years, tracey has trained me through pregnancy and beyond. She always listens to what I want and gives me the great workout that I need. She is AWESOME!!!

-Tracey is the best trainer I’ve had, I came in with a bad shoulder and a fracture in my wrist and she still found ways for me to safely work parts of my upper body. My vertical noticeably increased in the time I’ve been training and she kept me ahead of the game conditioning wise for basketball season.

Mathew Snow

Personal Trainer: So my name is Matthew Snow (aka Snowman), my journey started about 10 years ago when I went through a major traumatic incident to my body. I broke my femur bone in my left leg followed some other complications in my right leg. This journey has continued through the years and was always a hardship on me because it just never seemed to stop.
My fitness journey has always been intertwined with my limits until 7 years ago where I stopped letting them take over. Before then I was always not caring about fitness until I got involved with Army ROTC. Tho I wasn’t able to pursue a career in the military I learned a valuable lesson. Injuries don’t define us and they certainly don’t limit us.
I’ve since worked in the fitness industry in some form or fashion from supplements sales to gym memberships and now training where my story is able to inspire and uplift those who might think that they can’t when they should!
Areas of speciality include:
Injury rehab Bodybuilding Powerlifting Boxing
Body tempering Recovery techniques

Claire “Pip” Cullipher

When asked how to describe Claire in three words a student responded, “Yoga, bikes and funny”.
Claire discovered yoga in 2001 and fell in love with how such a little mat can do so much. With an athletic background Claire knew how to truly push herself and train. “Yoga gave me all the things sports did…I only wish I did yoga when I was younger. It is a psychological game changer. It taught me how to shut out everything and be present with the task at hand”

In 2003 she completed RYT-200 with the world-renowned Ana Forrest at Moksha yoga in Chicago. Continuing on her journey as she was teaching she completed Level 1 with Baron Baptiste. Claire has also studied with Seane Corn, Rolf Gates and Brian Kest. Claire has a vinyasa flow style working within the student’s level. Her classes combine principles she learned from her teachers with her own humor and life experiences. Claire is now a ERYT-200 and YACP.

Claire has been a part of the bike industry since she was in college. Most of her spare time growing up was spent on 2 wheels. In her 30’s she discovered how much riding a fixie is much like yoga, bare bones and being present. She has gone from racing her mountain bike, loving her fixie to racing cyclocross. Being a mum of a teenage boy she started training more indoors. Which led her to start teaching spin classes. Her classes are taught from the heart of a cyclist. She will lead you on a ride that you would swear you were in the Alps.

Claire does add a great amount of humor to her teaching and it comes from a place of understanding. She knows what working hard feels like and she will be your partner and motivator. Claire has worked with pro athletes to beginner. She has a true understanding of working with people that may have certain limitations and will create the class you need. She has been known to yell out “embrace the suck” while teaching. Claire wants you to know not to quit and embrace it.

The yogi in me see’s the yogi in you.

I am a 200 hour certified yoga teacher. I studied under the guidance of Shari Goldstein, Amani Jackson, and Marilyn Brown in the fall of 2014. Ever since my first yoga class back in 2012 I instantly fell in love with the beautiful balance yoga offers between a strong physical workout and a peaceful meditation practice. Yoga is a lifestyle and I am incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to share this practice with new and veteran yogis.
